西(xi)南交通大學是教(jiao)育部直(zhi)屬(shu),由教(jiao)育部和鐵道部、四川省共建的全國(guo)重點大學,始建于 1896年, 是中國(guo)歷史最(zui)悠久的高等(deng)學府之一。 經(jing)過一個多世紀的建設,已發展成為(wei)一所以工為(wei)主,工、理(li)、管(guan)、經(jing)、文、法、醫、農多學科協調發展的綜(zong)合性大學。
機械工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)系包含以(yi)下專業、機械工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)及自動化(hua)、熱能(neng)與動力(li)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、建筑環境與設備工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、測控技術與儀器、車(che)輛(liang)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、工(gong)業工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。
西南交(jiao)通大學現代工(gong)(gong)業技術培訓中(zhong)心(xin)(簡稱工(gong)(gong)業中(zhong)心(xin))按照集教學、科研、產品開發和生(sheng)(sheng)產經營為(wei)一體的(de)模式,高起點、高檔次(ci)、高水平地建(jian)設成為(wei)大學生(sheng)(sheng)綜合工(gong)(gong)程實(shi)踐(jian)訓練、創新設計(ji)與(yu)制作的(de)校(xiao)內(nei)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)實(shi)踐(jian)教學基(ji)(ji)地。工(gong)(gong)業中(zhong)心(xin)與(yu)校(xiao)內(nei)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)工(gong)(gong)程學院、材料工(gong)(gong)程系、國家工(gong)(gong)科機(ji)(ji)械(xie)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)課程教學基(ji)(ji)地按照資源共(gong)(gong)享、合理分工(gong)(gong)、優化(hua)共(gong)(gong)建(jian)的(de)原則,共(gong)(gong)同(tong)構建(jian)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)課程體系和機(ji)(ji)械(xie)制造工(gong)(gong)程基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)實(shi)踐(jian)教學基(ji)(ji)地。
為(wei)(wei)大學(xue)(xue)低年級(ji)學(xue)(xue)生機(ji)械制造(zao)基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)踐為(wei)(wei)主的(de)不同層次人員(yuan)提(ti)供開放(fang)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)踐、創(chuang)新(xin)設(she)(she)計與制作平臺,學(xue)(xue)生可在較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)真實(shi)的(de)現(xian)代制造(zao)企(qi)業氛圍(wei)中(zhong),初(chu)步實(shi)踐現(xian)代制造(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)產品開發、設(she)(she)計、制造(zao)、市場(chang)營銷等基本工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,初(chu)步了解(jie)現(xian)代制造(zao)企(qi)業的(de)組(zu)織結構及管理模式(shi),接(jie)受工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)背景(jing)教育和(he)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓,初(chu)步培(pei)(pei)(pei)養工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)意(yi)識和(he)創(chuang)新(xin)能力,并激發對后續課程(cheng)的(de)求知感和(he)認同感。同時,工(gong)(gong)(gong)業中(zhong)心還對高年級(ji)學(xue)(xue)生或研究(jiu)生進(jin)行課程(cheng)設(she)(she)計、畢業設(she)(she)計和(he)科研開放(fang),并進(jin)行職業技能培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓與鑒(jian)定,提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)生綜合創(chuang)新(xin)和(he)實(shi)踐能力、就業能力。此外,工(gong)(gong)(gong)業中(zhong)心也是(shi)科研成(cheng)果商品化的(de)中(zhong)試基地(di)。
西南交大工(gong)(gong)業中心從開始建立(li)時就十分注重CAD/CAM應用(yong)軟件的(de)應用(yong)和(he)(he)在學生(sheng)層面(mian)上的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學運用(yong)。先后(hou)購置了計(ji)算機和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)作站,購買了國(guo)內的(de)CAXA系列軟件(網絡版),包(bao)括CAXA電子(zi)圖板(ban)、實體設(she)計(ji)、數控(kong)車、數控(kong)銑和(he)(he)制(zhi)造(zao)工(gong)(gong)程師(shi),并逐步在教(jiao)(jiao)學中使用(yong)。在數控(kong)及特種(zhong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)技術的(de)訓(xun)練中,重點在數控(kong)車和(he)(he)數控(kong)銑,其(qi)它的(de)現場講(jiang)解(jie)和(he)(he)演示。其(qi)中近(jin)年來CAXA制(zhi)造(zao)工(gong)(gong)程師(shi)在機械類學生(sheng)的(de)實習中普遍使用(yong),收到(dao)了良好的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學效(xiao)果。
除(chu)了(le)面向本校的教學任務外,西南交大工(gong)(gong)業中心與成(cheng)都市勞動(dong)局培訓處合(he)作(zuo)開(kai)展以“數(shu)(shu)控工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)員”和“數(shu)(shu)控操作(zuo)員”為主的機械(xie)制(zhi)造技術職業技能培訓鑒(jian)定,所用的CAD/CAM軟(ruan)件(jian)即CAXA制(zhi)造工(gong)(gong)程師。2004年就為成(cheng)都市培訓了(le)5批數(shu)(shu)控學員。
強化(hua)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)素質教(jiao)育,突(tu)出工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)實踐(jian)訓練(lian),培(pei)養創(chuang)新意識能力,促進個性健康發展。工(gong)(gong)業中心與(yu)相(xiang)關院(yuan)(yuan)系合作(zuo),共同選擇項(xiang)目對學生開(kai)放,支持(chi)教(jiao)師、學生在工(gong)(gong)業中心進行課程(cheng)(cheng)設(she)計、畢業設(she)計和(he)教(jiao)學研究(jiu)等高層(ceng)次(ci)的(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)實踐(jian)。與(yu)人(ren)文學院(yuan)(yuan)合作(zuo),為(wei)工(gong)(gong)業設(she)計等專業學生的(de)藝術創(chuang)意與(yu)創(chuang)作(zuo)提供(gong)高層(ceng)次(ci)的(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)實踐(jian)條件,并為(wei)工(gong)(gong)業設(she)計專業的(de)教(jiao)學改革提供(gong)支持(chi)。
教學流程圖:
1.首先(xian)在機(ji)械工程學(xue)院學(xue)習相關專業
2.理論(lun)成績合格者由(you)機械(xie)工程學(xue)院提交名(ming)單至工業技術培(pei)訓中(zhong)心
3.由中(zhong)心負責培訓CAD/CAM軟件(jian)課程(cheng),只(zhi)要使用(yong)CAD(AUTOCAD)/CAM(CAXA制造工程(cheng)師)
4.成績合(he)格者進一步上機床(chuang)實際加工、進行虛擬設計(ji)與制(zhi)造,也(ye)可(ke)進行在線(xian)設計(ji)與制(zhi)造。
5.合格者(zhe)(zhe)由中(zhong)心發放相關(guan)證書或者(zhe)(zhe)提交成績(ji)到同學(xue)學(xue)習(xi)院校(xiao)
